This is a picture for the NHL article preview

The NHL season is getting exciting day by day with some teams performing tons better than last year. In this article, I will go through my NHL Picks: Flyers vs Maple Leafs, Avalanche vs Islanders, and Oilers vs Flames games. Have a look at the odds and sites where you can bet and which teams have the higher chance of winning their division.

Philadelphia Flyers vs Toronto Maple Leafs

It will be a lot of fun to see the Philadelphia Flyers take on the Toronto Maple Leafs, and there are a number of things that fans should be aware of beforehand. At least, in my opinion, the Flyers are having a great season and their position atop the Metropolitan division is not an accident. Their two victories over the Florida Panthers and the Tampa Bay Lightning impressed me, I have to admit.

The upcoming games will be important in determining whether they have what it takes to improve from last season and if they can be at the top of their division. I must admit that I was hoping the Toronto Maple Leafs would do better this season, not just because I think they have a fantastic squad, but also because they had a fantastic preseason. Despite this, I still believe they have what it takes to win their division as the season has only just begun and there is still plenty of time left.

How the game will play out

Is always hard to say how this game is going to play out, however, I think that the Flyers are more consistent than the Maple Leafs at the moment, so I think I would have to go with them.

My pick: The Philadelphia Flyers to win this game with a puck line odd of +1.5 (+110 at Betsafe.)

Boston Bruins vs New York Rangers

Another game that I don’t believe any NHL supporter wants to miss is Bruins vs. Rangers. The Boston Bruins are without a doubt the NHL’s top team this year, at least in my opinion. They are the most entertaining team to watch since they not only have the best attack (most goals per game and goals scored) but also the best defence. The Rangers have trouble scoring goals; they not only have one of the lowest goals per game this season, but they also frequently allow their opponents to make a lot of shots, which puts the team always in danger.

How the game will play out

Although I think the New York Rangers will get better in the future, but I have to pick the Boston Bruins because they are now the top club in the NHL.

My pick: The Boston Bruins to win the game with a puck line odd of +1 (-164 at BetOBet.)

Montreal Canadiens vs Winnipeg Jets

The Montreal Canadiens’ matchup versus the Winnipeg Jets is one that no Canadian should miss. The Jets didn’t have a strong start to the season, but I’ve noticed some improvement in the last few games, which I really appreciate, and I believe they’ll start to play more consistently as the season goes on. Prior to the start of the season, I had high hopes for the Canadiens as well. If they want to move out of last place in their division, they really need to improve a lot of things with regard to their stats, one of which is the goals they score so rarely.

If they want to get stronger in the future, they will need to strengthen both their defence and their offence.

How the game will play out

For this game, I would have to pick the Jets. I believe that both teams can win, but I believe that the Jets tend to be more trustworthy in crucial games.

My pick: The Jets to win this game with a puck line odd of -1 (-127 at BetOBet.)
