San Jose Sharks vs Winnipeg Jets

The San Jose Sharks are struggling a lot this season. Currently placed at the bottom of the Pacific division with a record of 18 wins and 33 losses, they seem to be grappling with a series of setbacks, having lost their last 5 games in a row. Despite their current struggles, the Sharks have shown that they have the potential to be a dominant team, with an average of 2.94 goals scored per game. However, they have been conceding an average of 3.71 goals per game, which has contributed to their poor form.

On the other hand, the Winnipeg Jets have been having a relatively solid season, currently occupying the fourth spot in the Central division with a record of 36 wins and 25 losses. However, their inconsistency has been a concern, as they have only managed to win 2 of their last 9 games. Their recent victory against the Oilers has given them some much-needed momentum coming into this game. The Jets have been a strong offensive force, averaging 3.11 goals per game, while their defence tends to allow 2.78 goals per game.

How the game will play out

As these two teams prepare to face each other for the first time this season, I think the Jets will win this one because the Sharks are one of the worst teams in the NHL right now.

My pick: The Winnipeg Jets with a puck line of -1.5 at (+105) iBet.

Edmonton Oilers vs Buffalo Sabres

The Edmonton Oilers are having a solid season so far this year, having secured the fourth spot in the Pacific Division with a noteworthy record of 34 wins and 22 losses. While their offence has been scoring an average of 3.88 goals per game, their defence has faced some difficulties, allowing an average of 3.31 goals per game. As they head into their next game, the Oilers are looking to bounce back after a recent loss against the Winnipeg Jets, in which they were outscored 7-5.

On the other hand, the Sabres have been having a decent season as well, currently standing in fourth place in the Atlantic Division with a record of 32 wins and 25 losses. The team has been heavily reliant on its exceptional offence, scoring an average of 3.74 goals per game. However, their defence has been slightly weaker, allowing an average of 3.56 goals per game. In their most recent game, the Sabres pulled off an impressive win against the formidable Tampa Bay Lightning.

How the game will play out

This will be the second time that these two are going to face each other this season, the Sabres won the first match. However, this time I think the Edmonton Oilers will win this one.

My pick: The Edmonton Oilers puck line of -1.5 at (+150) Sports Interaction.

Nashville Predators vs Vancouver Canucks

The Nashville Predators have been having a somewhat mediocre season thus far, currently sitting in fifth place in the Central Division with a record of 31 wins and 23 losses. Their offence has been struggling to find the back of the net, scoring an average of only 2.87 goals per game. However, their defence has been holding its own, allowing an average of only 2.92 goals per game. Despite their offensive struggles, the Predators have managed to win their last 2 games against the Florida Panthers and the Chicago Blackhawks.

The Canucks, on the other hand, have had a challenging season so far, currently sitting in sixth place in the Pacific Division with a record of 25 wins and 32 losses. However, their offence has been scoring an average of 3.32 goals per game. Unfortunately, their defence has not been as strong, allowing an average of 3.89 goals per game. The Canucks are coming into this game off the back of a great win against the Toronto Maple Leafs, which will undoubtedly have given them a confidence boost.

How the game will play out

This upcoming game will mark the third meeting between the Predators and the Canucks this season. With the Predators having won all the previous matches. If I had to choose I would go with the Nashville Predators to win this match.

My pick: The Nashville Predators puck line bet of -1.5 at (+230) Betsafe.
